Personalized Yoga Nidra
$75 (60 minutes)
Guided meditation for physical relaxation. Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep, conscious relaxation that helps to remove unconscious patterns, self-limiting beliefs, and habits of the mind. It does this by shifting consciousness to our inner landscapes and making subtle changes on an energetic level. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra we realize we are NOT our emotions or thoughts but the container that holds them. Together we will discuss what is currently present for you and create a personalized intention and personalized practice with a recording for you to keep.

How Does Yoga Nidra Work?

Yoga Nidra is “yogic sleep”, it is a guided meditation using a series of structured awareness techniques to optimize physical restoration. Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep, conscious relaxation that helps to remove unconscious patterns, self-limiting beliefs, and habits of the mind. It does this by shifting consciousness to our inner landscapes and making subtle changes on an energetic level. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra we realize we are NOT our emotions or thoughts but the container that holds them.
What is Yoga Nidra?
30-40 minutes of guided meditation (“yogic sleep”) typically practiced lying down, but can be done sitting up. There will be a brief intro followed by the practice and time afterwards if needed to debrief.
Is this a physical practice?
No there are very minimal movements in this practice, this practice is about stillness, rest, and deep restoration of the nervous system
What do I need to practice this?
*Somewhere to sit or lay down that you will be comfortable for 30-40 minutes of rest.
*A space where you won't be interrupted, put pets and others aside.
What else might make me comfortable?
*socks, a blanket, headphones, an eye pillow or eye mask
You cannot do this wrong! All experiences are ok. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra we realize we are NOT our emotions or thoughts but the container that holds them.

Do I need to turn my camera on and say anything?
You are welcome to have your camera on or off, there is no need to participate unless you have a question or comment. All levels of interaction are acceptable.
Integral Breath Therapy

Integral breath therapy uses specific breathing techniques to clear out stored energetic experiences in our bodies, minds, and spirits. Integral breath therapy moves the practitioner into an altered state of consciousness while being supported and guided by the facilitator. This practice can clear out birth trauma, free the self from past experiences, and clear stored emotional blockages. This is a practice not to be missed! What contraindications are there for breathwork?

What do I need to bring?
A personal eye mask or eye pillow is recommended. Earplugs may be helpful if you are sensitive to loud music. We have yoga mats and blankets but if you have your own that you would like to bring, please bring your own. There will be a few snacks provided you are welcome to bring your own snack.
I have not practiced breathwork before, is this for me?
Beginners are welcome to this experience. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have read the list of contraindications and have further questions. I am happy to have a phone conversation with you to see if this type of breathwork is a good fit for you.
Will we be doing any movement?
Movement is optional and we will spend the majority of our time seated or lying down. We will practice a seated guided meditation at the beginning of our breathwork journey.
Body Psychology
$149 (90 minutes)
I AM Yoga Therapy Body Psychology provides a supportive place for clients to explore their edge. Clients may be able to go deeper into mental or physical spaces that they may not be able to access on their own. Typically this is done with hands on work and positioning in conjunction with the breath although touch-free sessions are available. No experience is needed for a Body Psychology session.

What kind of conditions does Body Psychology work with?
Body Psychology can work with a variety of different conditions and will be adapted to fit your body and what your intentions for the practice are. There can be as little or as much movement as you would like, you get to determine the experience.
Is this a good subsitute for talk therapy?
Body Psychology and breathwork are great compliments to talk therapy as these modalities work at the level of sensation or stored energetic experiences in the body and bring them to the surface in a safe way
Body Psychology helps participants become comfortable with their edge so that they can more fully participate in their daily life.
