Join us for a Springtime breathwork in a magical geodesic dome surrounded by trees. This is an extended practice to allow for a deeper journey followed by time for integration and sharing. Spaces are limited to 10 participants.

What contraindications are there for breathwork?

Aneurysm or family history of aneurysm, high blood pressure, history of cardiovascular disease or heart attack, asthma, recent surgery, pacemaker, Retinal detachment, Glaucoma, Pregnancy, Mental illnesses (bipolar, schizophrenia)

What do I need to bring?

A personal eye mask or eye pillow is recommended. Earplugs may be helpful if you are sensitive to loud music. We have yoga mats and blankets but if you have your own that you would like to bring, please bring your own. There will be a few snacks provided you are welcome to bring your own snack.

I have not practiced breathwork before, is this for me?

Beginners are welcome to this experience. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have read the list of contraindications and have further questions. I am happy to have a phone conversation with you to see if this type of breathwork is a good fit for you.

Will we be doing any movement?

Movement is optional and we will spend the majority of our time seated or lying down. We will practice a seated guided meditation at the beginning of our breathwork journey.
