About Rebecca

Rebecca Wickizer is a certified Integral Breath Therapy Practitioner, an I AM Yoga Therapy™ Body Psychology practitioner, and an Occupational Therapist..  Rebecca taught her first yoga class to kids in 2005 at the boys and girls club.  After many years of study, travel, and adventure, she completed her first 300-hour yoga teacher training in 2017.  The following year she began her Yoga Nidra studies with Jeremy Wolf at Santosha Yoga Studio. In 2018, she became a certified Advanced Yoga Nidra facilitator through the Amrit Yoga Institute.

Rebecca began her personal relationship with breath work practice in 2020, an experience that profoundly shifted her relationship with her body, nervous system, and inner world. What began as a personal healing practice eventually became a calling. In 2024, she received her certification in Integral Breath Therapy with Carol Lampman.  She continues to study Advanced Practice Integral Breath Therapy with Carol Lampman.

Rebecca offers individual and group breath work sessions. Breathwork and Yoga Nidra are two of her deepest passions as they have been deeply life-changing transformative practices in her own journey. Her work invites curiosity, presence, and a gentle return to the wisdom of the body.  Through her work and interests in emotional regulation in the field of Occupational Therapy, Rebecca has taught webinars and live courses on interoception with the power of corregulation being paramount to her practice.  Please contact her if you are interested in learning more.
